Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: April 2026

At Complete Player Lab (CPL), we operate on a structured session-based system to ensure fairness, consistency, and high-quality training for all athletes. The following policies apply to all sessions, packages, and memberships.

Key Policy Highlights

  • •24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • •Sessions must be used within their active period
  • •Session credits are non-refundable once used

Session Credits

All training sessions are sold as session credits.

  • •Session availability depends on the training package or membership selected
  • •All sessions must be scheduled through the CPL booking platform
  • •Session credits must be used within their valid timeframe and cannot be held indefinitely

Session Expiration

  • •Session credits must be used within the active billing period or within one month of purchase, unless otherwise approved
  • •Unused sessions do not roll over and will expire after the valid period

This ensures fair scheduling opportunities for all athletes.

Cancellation Policy

  • •Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
  • •Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the session credit being used

This policy allows CPL to manage scheduling, facility usage, and availability for other athletes.

Late Arrival

  • •Athletes arriving late may still participate in the remaining session time
  • •Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time

Coach Cancellation

If CPL or the coach must cancel due to illness, facility issues, or scheduling conflicts, the athlete will:

  • •Receive a full session credit
  • •Be given priority to reschedule

Refund Policy

Training sessions are generally non-refundable once used. Refunds may only be considered if:

  • •A session package has not been used
  • •A verified medical issue prevents participation
  • •A scheduling conflict cannot reasonably be resolved

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing any CPL services, the athlete and/or parent agrees to these policies. If there is an issue with a charge, CPL must be contacted directly before initiating a dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks after receiving services may result in:

  • •Suspension of account access
  • •Removal from future sessions
  • •Additional administrative fees

CPL reserves the right to provide booking records, session attendance, and policy acknowledgments to payment processors in response to disputes.
